Donald took the picture above while he was out driving and saw this beautiful majestic creature. He also spotted the herd of about 50 or so nearby. It was a good reminder to stop and enjoy the beautiful scenery as we go about our day.
I remember when I first visited Loveland, Colorado and was appreciative of the beautiful scenery. Only a year or two later I would get used to my surroundings and then start to take them for granted. I dream of living somewhere with a longer growing season on a farm. However, when we take a vacation and come back home I look at my beautiful city with fresh eyes and really soak in all the awe inspiring glory that is my current home.
I still want to have my dream farm, but I do not take my current scenery for granted. We take time to go for walks and bike rides. We enjoy the changing seasons and what they have to offer. Now it is a crisp cool time of year with a special appreciation for the warmth of the sun.
Make sure to tune in tomorrow as we explore feelings and emotions in the second part of our series. I want to encourage you to be vulnerable at least with yourself and get really honest about your life goals and current life choices. We welcome you to call and chat with us ON AIR tomorrow at 5:30-7pm MST.
