Happy Valentine’s Day

We are excited to start our new radio show series tomorrow. We are doing a five part series about Love & Gratitude. I am still filling my gratitude jar each day with a slip of paper stating what I am grateful for and what I am manifesting. I plan to continue this to the end of the year. I honestly believe that focusing on gratitude each and every day has boosted my mood, improve my health, and sped up my healing process. I wake up grateful to be alive, enjoy the time with Donald, and look forward to future plans of graduating and seeing family.

When I sat down to create this series it did not take long because Valentine’s Day is such a great day to kick off this growth journey. I hope you enjoy our perspective as we learn and grow together over the next five weeks. We will also be a guest on the Proof Negative: REAL Patriot News following our show and a dinner break. We have not been a guest on his show since May 2020 when we signed up to start this journey so it is a good time. I want to encourage you to listen in and follow his show as well on FreedomizerRadio.com.

This holiday may not have a particularly sweet foundation but we have turned it into a time to celebrate loved ones with candy, flowers, and gifts. I choose to look at it from the current lens and just enjoy spending time with Donald. I have also enjoyed some virtual events with my sorority Kappa Tau Kappa by watching movies together. We watched RomCom’s last night and today we are watching some new movies to also celebrate Black History month.

However, there have been many times when I did not have the money to purchase a box of chocolates or when I was single and did not have the company of someone special. This makes me grateful for what I do have and especially the people I have in my life now. I have utilized my resources during my time at Arizona State University to reach out and build some friendships with supportive women of all ages. No matter where you are in your life there is a community for you. I want to encourage you to reach out to loved ones and check on one another. Also, to utilize this “plandemic” to your benefit by reaching out to people you would not have before via social media or zoom to build friendships. Do NOT socially distance- Instead socially connect!

Love is not all puppy dogs and rainbows for all of us. However, I think it is a deep down emotion and feeling that drives us to want better for those we care about and for ourselves. I want to people I love to be healthy and happy and I hope they want the same for me. Whether you meditate, pray, or actively manifest some other way I want to encourage you to include those that you love in your daily routine and rituals. I write a note under my gratitude each day of what I am manifesting and one is connecting with family. I write this and meditate on it each day and it is making a huge difference in my connections with my family members.

One last thing, we are not promised tomorrow….Please take this opportunity today to tell someone you love them. It could be a spouse, partner, child, parent….anyone at all. As long as you mean it in your heart. Then see how it makes you feel to say it.

Join us tomorrow Mental Acumen on Freedomizer Radio at 5:30pm-7 and again on the following show with Proof about 8 or 8:30 pm MST
